    Some Heer and Luft buckles

I don't really collect buckles but have managed to acquire a few along with other "stuff". Top to bottom on the left is a Heer made of aluminum with no markings that I could find. Markings on the leather look like a date of 1936 or 1938 and a maker of HCH ???????? From the city of M???????. Belt hook has OLC in a diamond. Anyone know who the maker might be?
#2 is steel and marked CTD 1940
#3 is alumininum and marked Dr F. & Co Belt tab is dated 1940
On right, top Luft buckle is steel and marked IKA 42
Bottom is aluminum marked A & V. Belt is dated 1937.
Anything special about any of these or just ordinary buckles?

Thanks, I appreciate that. I found a list of RZM codes for buckle makers, but is there a list anywhere by value or rarity?
