This buckle was worn by Navy administration officers.Not sure on price I believe around $100.It's missing the loop that the belt goes through so this does affect value.Ray

These KM "Beamte" buckles do not seem to command a high price and I agree with Raymond about the valuation. One complete and with the two belt fittings intact would sell in England for around £50.

The Emil Juttner (well known for the SS Leaders buckle) logo however may push the price up a tad.
