      Hello Klaus,
I don't like the markings at all. Till now I've only seen aluminium officer buckles marked with "A DRGM" without a year - and I myself own 2 brocades and 2 leather officer belts. Also saw others. 1943 was at least not the year of introduction for this buckle (but Assmann also marked buckles with the year of production). Also the very thin sharp letters (maker mark) remind me on other officer buckles which are considered to be the newest generation of fakes with very high quality. Also the peppled center of the front side seems a little different from known originals. I would stay away from this buckle, even more because of the belt which does not belong to a Bahnschutz-buckle.
      Best regards from Potsdam, Thomas

I have ever seen one marked like this and they had stopped producing aluminum buckles long before 1943.

          Thanks for your help.
I decided to withdraw it from auction based on your assumptions.
