    Well i cannot find this maker anywere, can anyone help with an ID on the maker?

        Very nice buckle with lots of paint. Normally a tropical belt should have a steel buckle not an aluminum buckle. Aluminum buckles were out of production a few years before web belts were introduced. Really doesn't matter they could have been matched up during the war.

          Really nice set, it is actually a ST. & L., but the L is hard to read - stands for one of the better and more prolific makers, Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid.
