SS 155/40 Buckle?

Hey. What do you think about this one?

The reverse features a catch which is a "U" shaped round bar with flanged feet and a plated roll bar and prongs. The roll bar end is stamped with the RZM logo (one circle) followed by "155/40" followed by SS runes (double circle). A sound example of a desirable buckle! (Source)

Original buckle; correct markings.
Only for my couriosity: is the "4" open or close? It might be only a little rust spot, but it looks and open "4"..

I looked at the 4 through a powerful lense, and I would say its closed. The paint residue in the tip is gone and rust had formed. Managed to make a close-up of it.
