The buckle looks like the typical political type. Perhaps those more knowledgable will weigh in . . .

I think it is the standard political leader type belt. Condition is not too bad!

Sorry - IMO this is a Bulgarian officers belt and buckle. Buckle usually unmarked and prongs are too long compared to German buckles. Belt color has more red than German belts. These sets are all over eBay, sold as German Allies belt sets, all sent from Bulgaria.
