Nice buckle looks original from what I see. Very few of these are marked so it is hard to tell who the maker is. You don't find many of the private purchase RAD buckles.

A very nice RaD buckle, These can be tricky to identify, bit most makers had "Their" traits...
Better pictures of the prongs and prong bar may be helpful..... V
