Unmarked Steel EM SS Buckle

An elderly gentleman came up to my table at last weekend's gun show with a steel EM SS belt buckle mounted on a proper looking leather belt. Having experienced a $450 lesson in the past I was a little concerned. The buckle and belt looked good and I was able to purchase them at a reasonable price.

I would like to submit my purchase to you folks for your opinion. Any and all comments are welcome.
