Heer belt buckle, unusual maker

I would like to hear your opinion about this buckle. Also what's maker made this buckle? Do the price of 100 dollars is ok for it?

You can find much nicer Heer buckles for $100.

Thanks for your opinions guys! I've got 2 nice heer buckles but i though that this maker is rare.

This is a common maker but they do have some interesting variations. Their Luftwaffe steel buckles are almost smooth around the eagle instead of pebbled. I have a chrome plated Schmole Heer. I thought this was post war chromed but I have come across several other identical buckles. This leads me to believe it wasn't done post war.
