Officer belts help please

What kind of officer belts are these two belts and are they original? It looks like NSDAP belts, but I'm not sure.
Does anyone have any idea of the value if they are original?

I found out that these belts wore used by generals in heer and küstenartillerie, but does anyone know the value? They are in mint condition.
