1939 natural tan officer belt for review

I have an inspection period on this belt so am looking for opinions on construction and maker marking.

Is anyone aware of this maker stamp as such? I have seen this maker before but it has had "w/W" at the end of the city name where this example does not. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

... that there was the maker.
The maker also has a RZM L3 license.

The belt makes a good impression on me.

Thank you Raphael for your reply. I have a good feel for this one and can find no fault with it, but since I still have one week left on the inspection period perhaps some others will offer additional insight.

that belt is just gorgeous! Such a strange color. Who would have worn this?

The color is actually pretty standard being in a natural tan, here are some photos showing it against a natural tan medic pouch from 1937 which is very close in color ----

Yes, un-dyed. Not unusual to find on various pre-war leather goods.
