    SS Officers buckle/ belt ?

    Hey guys, would this 36/42 buckle be ok on a Waffen SS brocade belt? or does the date not match with regulations?

    You are right, the 1942 date of the buckle don't match with regulations, according J.P Redeuilh after the November 4th 1941 order, the SS brocades were no longer allowed for wear and production of any SS Brocade belt was discontinued since this date

      Hi Ivan, Thanks for your help, so I take it any buckle from 42 on would have been for a leather officer belt rig? , I wonder if there is a transitional period where left over brocade belts and 42 dated buckles met? does anyone know? I have looked at all on the search section and didnt fined anything.
