Luftwaffe officer buckle on e-stand

What do you guys think of this buckle? I don't collect or study officer's buckles, but this one seems quite peculiar to me. Everything, from the marking (M4/24/?) and the method of affixing the emblem, seems strange.

I have/had a few of these in my collection, and along with research have never seen a genuine one like this.

M4/24 code - Friedrich Linden Lüdenscheid is quite faked.
Personally I do not like these one brocade buckle.
