Assmann Buckle, Unknown Belt

Is anyone familiar with this type belt/buckle rig? This came inside a 1938 dated Luftschutz medical kit. The buckle is Assmann marked.

Is this possibly Luftschutz or civilian or ???

I appreciate any ideas!

Hello, I have not seen this before but it could be a belt / buckle for a drill outfit. The RAD has a white belt for the white work outfit so I suppose this must exist for other organisations as well.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
