      It's RZM'd and gold toned so likely a political dress buckle....Bodes

        It looks like the maker's code is UE 10, which would be Wilhelm Deus in Solingen. 'UE' means Uniform Effekten, which normally correlates to the later M5 code system. If the code is UE 40, then it would be Willy Thuy.
