    Opinions on mint unissued em leather belts

    I recently received these 2 belts from an auction i won. I have never handled a mint unissued belt but the color of the tongue has me very concerned. Thanks for any opinions.

                It came a big lot of original WH belts some time ago and some had the tongue "restored" because they were simply not finished before 45 .
                I think it's one of them ?
