Nice conventional Heer buckle produced in multiple shades, however not specific to tropical issue. Appears to be refinished.

Hi,

is an buckle from Brüder Schneider, Wien.
No tropical buckle, this is the normal paint from this producer.

"Normal" Brüder Schneider Herr belt buckle was usually painted on olive green color.
These one looks more yellowish.
I like to see some day-light photo of the buckle.

Just saying, looks like paint over some scratches and dark green, or maybe not? Nice buckle nevertheless.
