    Luftwaffe buckle/belt Estand (opinions)

    Hi,

I kind of like this Luftwaffe belt/buckle/tab that is for sale on the E-stand. What I don't understand is that the buckle is well worn, but the tab looks rather new (tabmark JSF)? Is this possible? I don't think its common that a belt has a LW Unit stamp? Can't sort out if the buckle looks real or not? Don't have enough expertise on that , although I tried to compare (googled, looked at pinnendthread "Fake Buckles". Many thanks for you opinions.

The buckle is original and I believe that the tab is original to it as well. I don't normally comment on belts, but that one looks nice to me.

The buckle has a matching tab.
The back of the buckle (smooth surface around eagle) is a distinctive feature of Josef Feix & Söhne alu LW buckles. There should be also JFS mark under roller bar (not seen in pics).

        That's a very nice set.
        Buckle is original and untouched.
The belt is very interesting as well, because it has a very nice stamp to Flieger Regiment 61, this unit located in Eger was training personal for the feld division units !
