The maker is Christian Theodor Dicke. Nice buckle!

        Hallo,

I found other buckles marked CTD 1942 with the same "design" of the letters, and all I found were Kriegsmarine buckles... is this true or only my opinion?

        Thank you!

Most of the alu KM buckles are R.S &S.

It's just a coincidence. There is no relation between KM buckle and CTD mark typeset. IMO.
Instead, usually CTD KM steel gold buckles have the crank catch.

            Regards

I agree with brus. Dicke used a few different types of lettering on the Heer buckles. I've seen at least three. The one you show tends to be less distinct and is often difficult to read or almost completely illegible. It's the same kind as is on my steel gold KM, but it's also seen on regular Heer buckles.
