O&C Buckle - Opinions please

Looking for opinions on this buckle. I personally don't like it, don't like the loop, or the way it's attached, but I honestly don't know enough to say for sure either way.

Any opinions or help would be appreciated.

Believe I've found another thread touching on this type of buckle before that didn't come up in the my few searches, and it was determined a fake based on the shape of the eagles body and details in the wreath.

It is a fake made of brass. I think they also exist with AS logo.
