Ric, I already submited this link. It is the exact same buckle there and here. Both threads are always showing the exact same buckle. First it was in Guérini,s hands, then in Marc V's, then in Teddy's, then back in Marc V's again waiting to go in someone else as Marc pointed out. But just the same buckle where absence of marking could just be due to a mistake / error rather than intentional (like the marked late war Overhoff EM submited few weeks back by Ivan J.).

Also maybe one of the past owner could attest this buckle was made indeed by Overhoff. Myself I cannot say this right now since I never had that buckle in hands. In an early catalog Berg & Nolte was also offering a SS officer buckle along with an EM. If we have positive records of this EM I am myself still looking for the officer...

Thank you Ric, but no, I am referring to the nicklesilver enlisted man - box - belt buckle wich was made by Overhoff. We all know a bunch of different markings on their nicklesilver EM buckles, but do we know also unmarked examples?

JP, I am aware that the lack of any makers mark could be nothing more than a mistake but I am just interested to hear if such EM buckle is known.

        Best,
        Guido
