SS NCO Belt with Nickel Buckle-Opinions Please

Hello All,
I bought several belts from a collection but am always a bit leery of SS items. I would appreciate some input on this SS belt and buckle. The belt is like patent leather and is lined with a green felt.

good buckle and good belt (not ss but nice too)

Buckle is a nice early one .
Belt is a classical quality walking out type,not especially ASS .
