    Overhoff W-SS buckle

Hello guys, What do you think about originality of this buckle? Especially about maker mark? Sorry I have only these pics.

What do you mean? This marking is the most common marking for the Overhoff production pre-RZM (and I should add the most common marking of all SS buckles made in nickel silver). I do not see any problem with this typical specimen.

You probably thought that the lettering of the ges. gesch. stamp appeared a little eccentric and amateur, rather like a hand punch application. This is usual for this particular buckle and as Jean Pierre has confirmed, no problems and an original buckle.

      Regards,

      David
