Double Claw Officers Buckle & Brown Belt

Picked this up very cheap, so not much of a risk. Seen several references and 1 or 2 for sale that are close but not exact. Belt stamped 115 on the tongue. Measures 115 cm long and is 44 mm wide and has 6 sets of holes. Buckle marked DRGM 1240881, the 881 appears to be a larger font. Either brass or bronze? What are your thoughts on it?

No news is good news or is it the opposite around here? Or maybe there is no way to confirm whether this belt and buckle is/was military issue? I did find this one with the same markings at the Australian War Memorial website- http://www.awm.gov.au/collection/REL...mage=2&image=2
