Those little bubbles of metal are telltale of a casting.

Just for information, the new ones no longer have this odd colour.

... as stated by Jean Pierre Redeuilh, unfortunately the cast fakes of new generation have a more light grey.
The fakers have improved their stuff

Keep attention not only at SS buckles, but also at Heer, LW, ... and so on.
