3 questions for buckle specialists

Hello, I need some help with some things that a specialist may or may not be able to help me with.
#3 This is a webbed belt, that goes with a Luftwaffe buckle, it is impossible to read the stamped portion that I have pictured, but I am hoping some one might know what is says just by appearance. It appears to have the 1942 date on it, at the bottom.

Hello, I need some help with some things that a specialist may or may not be able to help me with.
#2. I can not make out the printing on the leather tab of this Luftwaffe buckle and I have forgotten what the makers mark on it stands for. The makers mark shows a "S" and a upward arrow and an "O" and the date 1941. The tab is dated 1941.
Can anyone help me out with this, it is partially a brain cramp on my part.

#1. This is stamped on a belt, that has always been with a SA buckle. Is this an address or a unit number ? or neither of them.

Web belts are ocasionally ink marked (size and/or makers mark) but usually is hard to read it, someones with leather tongue can be marked on her
The buckle are made by Schmöle & Comp
Croupon / Kernstuk means high quality leather.

I don't proclaim myself as a buckle specialist. but the web belt is manufactured by LLG Hessen (Landeslieferungsgenossenschaft Hessen) in 1942
