I would concur with Gary and Marc on this one - a reverse image of the buckle is critical. The image that you show appears to be a steel DRB (rather than nickle silver or aluminium) and the steel variation is heavily faked. A rare and hard to find buckle and potentially, a very costly mistake. Hence the suggestion towards obtaining images of the reverse.
