Here is a fine example of a regulation HJ Leader belt with buckle. It is in superb condition showing precious little wear and still bearing the label for the belt which indicates it to be for either HJ or DJ use.
The polished nickel alloy buckle bears the "RZM" proof mark "M4 / 119" and clearly shows the different type of construction used on the reverse side.
The markings impressed into the leather on the underside of the belt are "bmd42" above "RZM" and "L2 /954 / 40". At the tongue end of the belt is a size stamp "95".
