Thank you, musketier! Can you please tell me, in what details this buckle is different from original one? I know that there are no traces of paint, which is kinda unusual, and details on the back side of the eagle do not convince me. But I'm not an expert for buckles, so...

Agree with Raphael.
It's a well known fake, called "pigeon head" fake.
Try to search this term in the forum, you will find many samples.
