Interesting. I really need to find back when was issued the order and if there was any restriction. I do not recall it was that late (1939). Maybe it was canceled later on as many orders were? It is a common belief that a VA stamp would indicate the item was intended for distribution to the SS-VT more than anywhere else. But who knows? Did the Police wore cross straps with their uniform? If yes, this could explain.

Did they check only the cattelhide

If Yes, i´m missing a cattel with a RZM branding

In Post #15 there is a mark that lookslike a RZM mark (...23)
