I dont like it. The catch is too close to the end (less than the 15-20mm spec) and the rust looks suspect. Can someone else chime in?

Could you please show the prongs ?

Good Berg & Nolte LW .
Prongs cut at 45°, very large catch feet and ears fold are typical of B&N production. It's a genuine buckle.
