Police Officers Buckle

Hello Forum Members, This is the first Police Officers Buckle I have had since the 1970's, it is 48.5mm in diameter or just a hair over that. It has no makers mark. It is made of Aluminium.
Can I get some help by qualified forum members.

Wow, I really like the Diplomatic Buckle. I have just recently started focusing on my buckle collection and it seems like I am off to a good start. I have around 100 buckles. But this was the first Police Officers buckle that had crossed my path since the 1970's. And I am always leary of unmarked pieces even though it felt right.
