Here is my 1935-dated Luft buckle. LBA marked also....maker appears to be "RINGER & CO., Berlin". There could be a letter before the "R" in "RINGER"..

Willi, I think the maker is "Springer & Co". Take a look to that one:

Gary, is it possible to read the maker on the tab?
Thanks for sharing, both buckles are very nice!

Some very nice early buckles guys!
This is my 1st pattern Julius Kremp 1936, unit marked WL buckle.
The markings on the reverse of the tab have both the earlier fat pressing and then later restamping to III./KG 255 - 1937 - St.K and the LBA.
Some research shows that this bomber group was redesignated III/KG 51 on 1 May 1939. This unit was extremely active in both the Battle of Britain and on the Eastern Front. It was also one of the first units to be equipped with the Me 262A-2a Sturmvogel jet.
Regards,
Gary

Great buckles guys! I have been trying to upgrade my 1935, as it is the worst one I have.
Here is my 1936. It is marked twice on the back "2.Kp." but I can't find any other unit mark. I always hope that one day I will find a FJ unit mark.Attached FilesWilli
