    Lw belt & buckle

    Hi!
What do you say about this early lw buckle in aluminium?
Is this a combat variant that were used with hbt lw fieldtunic or FJ tunic?
Fair price, thinking of buying it?
    Thanks in forward!

        Hello Karl Johan,

This is an early, pre-war buckle with a war time belt. Yes, both may be used with a Field Division or Fj display. If you are asking IF these are Fj or FD, only if they are so marked, or with other known provanance.

        Regards,

Value of LW Belt and Buckle

I have a LW Belt and Buckle that my Father's Uncle brought back from the war. It came with a P-38 and a holster. My question is what is the value of one of these belts and buckles (Just Curious).

To get a fair value, you've got to post pics of the belt and buckle separately. We'd need to see markings, condition, whether the buckle is steel or aluminum, has a leather tab or not, if it's unit stamped, etc. Too many variables to give you an accurate value.

I would love to post pictures of it but being a new user I am not allowed to post attachments. Do you have any idea what has to happen so I can post attachments? As the old saying goes "A picture is worth a thousand words".

Click on the "A. Membership" link and join the Association. Cost is $25 a year, a true bargain!
