Army buckle maker I.D.?...

I picked this one up for cheap at a antique mall. I found the well used look to be appealing. I was wondering if someone knows who the maker would be. I can't find any maker marks on it.

Without any mark and with the worn eagle is very difficult to say who is the maker. The alu standard Heer buckles without particular details are very similar each other. Steel buckles instead differ more. IMO.
