LW or SA plastic belt

Please help me in the identification, because I didn't find any information about it. I looked for this variant in the Angolia's and the Peter Nash's belt-buckles books, but there aren't nothing.

If you know it and if it's an original period made plastic belt, please write me wich one Organization used it and when.

With the RZM it wouldn't be Luftwaffe. How wide is the belt? Does the buckle show any trace of a gold finish. It might be Political Leaders. Interesting item.
