LW buckle alu with leader tab

    Hello guys,

Just arrived to me this LW buckle. Please help me in the identification, that the leather tab is original on this buckle or not. I ask it, because I see there a lot of other holes next to the orig sewing.

    Thanks in advance!

    Best regards,
    Gabor

Looks like a very nice buckle. I am looking this on my phone and it looks like unit marking inside the stitching on the back? The other marking look much deeper than you normally see.

          Hello,

          Thanks for your answer.

Yes, you are right. There is a unit marking on the back.

          Best,

Gabor..It looks good to me. Often on German leather you will see a mis stitch..they backed up and went at it correctly leaving some extra holes.

The thread looks to be the original linen. Back stitched correctly..some wear. Just as it should be.

            Nice buckle!

This is a nice early buckle with a nice leather tab. Never seen a unit stamp before!
