Navy buckle?

I picked up a grouping of the German things, and this buckle was in it. I was wondering if this is navy buckle, or army costal crew? Thank you

Real Nice score to say the least....when I was a kid I bought a couple knots (troddles) and I believe they are mint, but same as yours thats been there and back. Leroy (not the leroy here) the vet had mostly polizei stuff.

















Leroy sold me two of these both just mint , like they they came out of factory inventory , never used. Leroy drove an M4 high speed tractor.(prime mover) I think I was about 17 at the time.
