Political Leader M4/24 buckle

Someone just offered me this piece - had read somewhere that allot of buckles with the MFG # of 4/24 are questionable so I thought I might ask you guys who are far smarter than I regarding this stuff.

Does this buckle look okay ?

May be Kirby didn't notice it, but RZM M4/24/1 is not a common marking.

I was looking at the buckle on my iPhone and I missed the /1. What. Does the /1 mean?

Not exactly sure what the extra '1' is but I've only ever seen it on Linden marked buckles.

The exact buckle (mint) is on estand right now for $135 so price your offer for it accordingly.

Thanx for the comments everyone. Was thinking myself of around a hundred bux but the more I thought about it I figured why have redundancy where I have a complete service belt as well as a nice stand alone buckle. As such I passed on it.
