LW Buckle Maker for ID

I have never before seen the maker mark such as is stamped on this pebbled aluminum LW-EM buckle. Looks like combined letters "T" & "F" within a circle.

Can anyone help, please?

Is it a rare maker?

I don't recall ever seeing this TM but a lot of companies made Luftwaffe buckles.

With your information I have been able to do a search on this Forum and found postings dating back to 2006 related to this maker & mark ...a number of which indicate that this is a seldom seen, scarce or even rare maker. So far, I cannot find this maker on any list which I have seen.
