A couple army buckles

Fairly recent additions to my collection.

The first one just came in from the son of the vet.

This second one came in several months ago. It came with a tropical belt. How often do we see the stamp on the tab placed sideways like this?

Nice buckles!
The first IMO is a Gebruder Gloerfeld buckle
The crossed stamp on the tab is typical of the Berg & Nolte buckles and other makers like Schmole & Comp
