SS buckle

got this offered to me, i'm suspisious about the eagle.. but the stamps in the backside seem fair.. not my area, opinions would be appreciated.

It certainly looks okay but buckles are an even bigger mine field for me
Have you tried it on the Buckle forum I am sure you will get a fasrer responce
