Early SS Buckle with Leather Tab

Dear all, I think this SS buckle with leather tab is good. There is no evidence of the stitches being newly sewn. The seller's description is as follows: "SS EM Belt Buckle by "O & C ges. Gesch.” - An early nickel SS Enlisted Man's/Non-Commissioned Officer's Belt buckle by "O & C ges. gesch." Worn example with minor nicks, with good looking patina; in very fine condition; with leather tab, marked “Overhoff and Cie Lüdenscheid 1935”. Design of this belt buckle first appeared probably around 1927, and was exclusively made by company “O & C” (Overhoff and Cie) until about 1931. Prior to that time the SS units wore the SA design buckle. From around 1931 onwards Overhoff and Cie was still the principal maker of this SS buckle, however the other companies also began to manufacture the SS buckle."

    Opinions are welcomed!

Both, the buckle and the tab are 100% original but is knowed that any SS buckle was issued with factory tab.
The tab has been added after (1935, the tab date is posterior to the buckle date)
    Regards

Dear ivan, thanks. So, do you mean that the tab is not original to the buckle?

To be more specific the buckle was produced without the tab on. The tab was added later - most likely by the owner - but probably this was done before 1945 and not after.
