Tropical belt and Luft buckle help

Hi guys, I am after help from the experts, I have been offered this belt and buckle. These are the only pictures I have, the guy doesn't know how to access the rear of the buckle!
Are there any comments about originality and if its all good what would a reasonable price be for the rig?
