Anyone have a pulse on what a SS RODO buckle is going for these days?
No paint to the front, average condition - $400 or so?

Yes, I would say so! In Europe perhaps a tad more.

SS-Rodo's without paint to the front are quite common against to these ones with much paint. Only the latter will bring top prices.
