HJ Leader Buckle

Hello.

I need some opinions on this HJ leader buckle
The buckle is marked on the back tab with RZM M4/22

I can's say, it is Aluminium or new-Silver.
The Weight is 26,5 g.
The Buckle is complet antimagnetic.

Is the Buckle of New-Silber or of Aluminium ?

Are the dimension ok ?
