Tropical Heer & Luft belts & buckles

Just checking to make sure the belts are good. I figure the buckles are OK. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I wouldn't consider the buckle tropical. Interesting that the belt has two different size stamps. Both are very small so I guess the belt was never issued.

It's not that the buckles are tropical but rather the desert/tropical belts.
Still hoping for someone to pipe in with a lot more knwledge as to construction and such.
