Hermann knoller heer set, stone mint

Hello folks. Here's a basically stone mint, un-used Heer belt and buckle set by Hermann Knoller. The buckle has a crisply struck makers mark and is dated 1939. It retains over 90 percent of its original paint on the obverse and reverse surfaces, as well as the "H.K." mark to the reverse. The belt is a nice early russet brown color, and is stamped on the interior "B.A. Br.10 39". I assume the "B.A." is for Beschaffungs Amt (procurement office), however I'm not sure what the "Br. 10" is for...Also, I assume that the "39" is simply the date code. I also wonder if perhaps the white twisted cord w/ metal tab ends is how the belt might've actually been delivered back in the day, as it does seem to have been w/ the belt forever due to the small indentations on the edge of the belt from where the cord has rested these many decades (if this is in fact the case). A few photos below. Thank you.

Hard to find a nicer set and rare to find a pebbled Heer with this much paint. Kirby

Thanks for your comments gents. Any clue as to if the braided cord used to wrap the belt might be the way it came from the factory? It has metal bands at the ends to limit fraying and appears to have been on the belt a very long time. Also, any idea what the "Br. 10" might designate? Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

Thanks. Yes, the Beschaffungs Amt I knew, but the Berlin acronym was a mystery. I thought it might have to do w/ a location, so thanks for confirming that. Also, Raetsel geloest! It's really nice to have the whole set being from '39. Thank you all for the comments and information.

Yes maybe, but I see a difference to the solution of my previous speaker:

The belt marking is a typical RAD acceptance stamp!

                  BA means of course BekleidungsAmt!
I am a little bit unsure about the acronym "Br". Berlin is usually only a "B", it was anyway the Reichshauptstadt! There is an RAD Bekleidungsamt in Braunschweig known. Think it will make more sense. Do you agree?

                  The buckle is fantastic!

                  Best,
                  Guido

Hmmmm..another possibility! Maybe. I typically see the L.B.A acronym on Luftwaffe leather, however I'm sure each branch had their own procurement organization. If it were indeed RAD, would it not have some RZM nomenclature, it being a political organization? Thanks for the add'l input!

Maybe you understand me a little bit wrong.

The B.A. marking itself is doubtless for RAD. Please compare to other RAD belts and you'll get a lot of B.A. marked pieces like B.A.M., B.A.Fü., B.A.B., ...

I had just some unsureness if "Br." could stand for Braunschweig and not Berlin but in the meantime I think Braunschweig is fine!

RAD was not under the control of RZM! Never saw RAD buckles or belts wich have borne an RZM logo.

                      Best,
                      Guido

Thanks gents. So safe to assume I've got a RAD belt w/ a Heer buckle? Well, either way I can't complain about the condition of either piece. Thanks again for the help.
