I don't like it. Search horizontal wing SA and you will find some old threads. Marc V posted one like this as a fake. I would trust his opinion.

The buckle is a copy of a variant pattern. Search horizontal wing SA and you will see the differences. There is a photo of a NSKK man wearing this pattern.
