HJ Help Please

Hi all
I've recently picked this buckle up and have a couple of concerns,if someone could help me out that would be great.
I think it may be a fake because of the opposing cuts on the prongs,the catch seems to close to the edge of the buckle and some imperfections on the front of the buckle,hopefully I'm wrong.
Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks to everyone that has replied.
I have been in contact with the guy I bought it off and he is going to give me a refund.
He has had this buckle for 10 years and thought it was the genuine thing,he's not impressed.
